Sentry Realty provides the following services for $500:

1. Essential Listing on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Internet.

Your home will appear on the MLS plus popular web sites such as realtor.com and zillow.com, among others, reaching about 4,000 local Realtors® and countless Local Buyers, plus Buyers relocating from virtually Anywhere in the world! The only way to get this vital exposure is through a Realtor® such as Sentry Realty.

2. Advice on Marketing your home.

Sentry can advise you on pricing your home appropriately (another key reason For-Sale-By-Owners fail to sell). Also, we offer guidance on how to present your home to maximize appeal, plus valuable insider's tips on Home Selling Do's and Don'ts.

3. Yard Sign

Sentry provides you with a professional Realty sign with a space for your phone number so Buyers can contact you directly.

4. On-going consultation with an experienced Realtor®.

Sentry is owned and operated by Cynthia Smiley. Sentry's personal "on-call" service is backed by over 30 years experience.

5. Mandatory Legal Disclosures.

Selling a home can be a legal minefield. Sentry provides you with all necessary disclosure forms and counsels you through procedures that can otherwise be complicated and confusing.

6. Guidance during contract negotiations.

A Sentry specialty! Sentry provides consultation to coach you through the process as it unfolds, effectively helping you to reach an agreement with the Buyer.

7. Photographs of Your Home.

Photographs will showcase your home on both the MLS and Internet sites, viewed by thousands of people looking to purchase a home. Call Sentry Realty to get info on the best way for all your photos to be uploaded to the MLS.

All these services can be yours for up to 12 months for one low $500 fee and an additional $500 closing fee will be due at the closing if the buyer is represented by a Realtor®.

Additional Services:

1. A LOCK BOX can be provided to allow Realtors® to show your home when you are not available. This is the same lockbox that Realtors® use to show other homes and makes for a convenient sales tool if you have other obligations. This service costs $25 plus a $75 refundable deposit.
