Tips for Photographing Your Home:
Take several shots of the front of your home that does not show neighboring homes, if possible. Be sure there are no cars, flags, etc. in the picture so as not to distract from the view of your home. Try different angles to get the best shot. Then, select the one you like the most.
Lighting is important. Try to take the picture when the weather is sunny, at the time of day when your house looks its best.
If possible, include landscaping features that enhance the curb appeal.
Remember that the photograph may determine whether prospective Buyers consider your home. Look at the picture critically.
